1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

3. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 7-15 business days
Canada: 7-15 business days
Australia: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
GlowTeeth is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
GlowTeeth is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once they have left our fulfillment facility. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@glowteeth.com and we will do our best to assist you.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. GlowTeeth is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@glowteeth.com before your order ships.

8. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates depending on availability and shipping origin.
